By installing or using Amazgone you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
1. Amazgone is a game
Amazgone simulates an online store. Products, prices, stock, stores, couriers and deliveries are fictional. Nothing you do in the app buys, reserves or ships anything, and no order will ever arrive. Do not rely on any price, rating or product detail shown in the app as factual.
2. Virtual coins have no value
Coins are a score. They are not money, not credit and not a stored-value instrument. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for anything outside the app, and they have no cash value. If your account is deleted, the coins are gone.
3. Your account
You choose a username and password and are responsible for keeping the password private, and for what happens on your account. Do not pick a username that impersonates someone else. Because we do not collect an email address, we cannot reset a password you forget — you would need to start a new account.
4. Fair play
Do not try to manipulate the coin ledger, tamper with the app, automate gameplay, or use the app to attack our servers or the public services it depends on. We may suspend or delete an account that does. Reviews and other text you write must not be unlawful, hateful or harassing.
5. Not affiliated with any brand
Amazgone is a parody storefront. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Amazon.com, Inc., or to any brand, retailer or product whose name or likeness appears in the catalog. All trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Third-party data
Catalog data comes from public sources (DummyJSON, CheapShark, Open Food Facts) and maps from OpenStreetMap, whose contributors are credited in the app. We do not guarantee that any of it is accurate or available.
7. As-is, and our liability
Amazgone is provided free, as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, error-free, or that your game state will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and may discontinue the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
