Delete your account

You can have your Amazgone account and everything stored against it deleted. Ask us by email and we will do it — there is nothing to pay and no reason you need to give.
How to ask
- Email mujiburr741@gmail.com from any address.
- Put Delete my Amazgone account in the subject.
- Tell us the username you play with. That is the only thing we can look an account up by, so without it we cannot find your data.
We may ask you to confirm from inside the app — for example by changing your display name to a word we give you — so that nobody can delete someone else's account by guessing a username.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (username and password credential).
- Your virtual coin ledger and coin balance.
- Your orders, cart, delivery addresses and unlocked couriers.
- Your level, XP and other progress.
- Reviews and any other text you wrote in the app.
Deletion is permanent. Coins have no value outside the game and cannot be refunded, transferred or restored afterwards.
What is kept, and for how long
- Usage events tied to a random identifier, not to your username — these expire on their own within 14 months and are not linked back to you after deletion.
- Crash and error logs — up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Backups — deleted copies may persist in routine provider backups for up to 30 days before they roll off.
How long it takes
We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request, in most cases much sooner.
Want it gone right now? Uninstalling Amazgone immediately removes everything held
on your device — the local database, your game state and your sign-in token. That does not delete
the server copy, so send the email as well if you want the account itself removed.
